Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Welcome to My Urban Limos. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our luxury transportation services. By making a reservation or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Agreement
- By booking a ride with My Urban Limos, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or engages in inappropriate behavior.
- All bookings are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the quoted price.
2. Booking & Reservations
- All reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance for standard services.
- Last-minute bookings are accepted based on availability and may incur additional charges.
- You must provide accurate pickup location, destination, and contact information.
- For airport pickups, flight information must be provided for proper scheduling.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment or a valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation.
- We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and corporate accounts.
- Additional charges may apply for wait time exceeding 15 minutes, extra stops, or route changes.
- Gratuity is not included in the quoted price and is at the discretion of the passenger.
4. Wait Time Policy
- For standard pickups, a complimentary 15-minute wait time is provided.
- For airport pickups, a complimentary 60-minute wait time is provided from the flight landing time.
- Additional wait time beyond the complimentary period will be charged at the hourly rate.
- No-shows will be charged the full fare amount.
5. Passenger Conduct
- Smoking, vaping, and consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
- Open containers of alcohol are permitted only in stretch limousines and party buses where legally allowed.
- Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their ride.
- Seat belts must be worn at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
6. Liability & Insurance
- My Urban Limos maintains comprehensive commercial insurance coverage for all vehicles.
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Lost or forgotten items are held for 30 days. A retrieval fee may apply.
- Maximum liability for personal belongings is limited to $500 per incident.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from our services should first be addressed through our customer service team.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
- Any legal proceedings must be filed within one year of the incident date.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
